I read that all phase 0 phones are already in use and that the next
devices are expected in late March or early April.

Is there something like an order list to which we can register? I didn't
found informations about how many devices will be available and we
just want to ensure to be on the shipment list for a Neo1973 for
application developing.

Just wondering, but did I get that right, the Hackers version that
will be available this month will only be a developers board, without
a phone casing => unuseable as a mobile phone in day-to-day
operations, right?
My understanding is that the $350 "standard kit" will be a real live
phone, though a bit rough around the edges.
I should add _very_ rough around the edges ;-) We've just had too many
hardware delays...
Ok, when will these $350 kits (== real phones with bleedy-edge
software) be available? And when these $200 kits? (Did I get it right,
it's all kind of stuff but basically a phone in a box?)

$350 => Neo 1972 Phone, available for mass market in September-ish, or
for developers (anyone can call themselves a developer if they like) in
April-ish.

$200 => Debug board, which plugs into a $350 phone (bought separately),
only required if you need to do *really* low-level modifications or
debugging. Not required for normal application development.

This stuff is on the wiki, and in the FOSDEM video. Please come to the
mailing list better prepared from existing resources.
