...more nagging thoughts on the address book. I also like predictive spelling, where the input text is the search substring matched with substrings in the
first name, last name, and company (basically all fields, or whatever fields the user's options are set to have searched)...because you never know what facts about a person is going to stick with you to help you find the number you're looking for.
