Usability is absolutely the key! What's the "open" meaningful to the users? It's the opportunity that user could customize the phone, fix bugs, add some functions. But, after all, all that is for usability. That should be the key advantage of open phones against the proprietary ones. So we should do more to improve the usability rather than tech show-off, dont you think so?
