Reading the title of that article I first realize the big difference between the two types of free for mobile phones... Maybe something for that guy that made those commercials. All sorts of free (no money) phones, listed with the contract they're bound to + "not really free". And then last but not least: The FIC Neo1973: 300$, but completely free.
