I totally agree with the scalability option. Dynamic and scaling layout is very 
handy, not just from the point of view of different input methods but for 
future proofing.

We don't want to do what Windows Mobile and Palm OS did and have a fixed layout 
that needs to be refreshed each time the resolutions change.

For the latest Nokia communicator, Nokia has managed to tweak their GUI such 
that S60 apps can run on the inner and outer screens, the layout changes to 
suit. This would be something really useful on the Neo, imagine rotating the 
phone and being able to use the same application in landscape?

Such things would be nice to implement in the first version of the product so 
as to avoid any concerns about backward compatibility.
