For those of us using Thunderbird, you can download a "Duplicate Message
Remover" add-on from here:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/956
I just used it and took 433 messages down to like 187 just in my
"OpenMoko" in-folder alone.
