I believe the right place to go is http://www.openmoko.org, more specifically the bugzilla (http://bugzilla.openmoko.org/cgi-bin/bugzilla/index.cgi) - you can probably just post your patches on the relevant bugs when they're done.
I guess it'd also help to hang out on the IRC channel if you attend IRC.
