I think we can organize russian neo1973 community to gather people
interesting in it. Maybe we can simply create page for it in the openmoko
wiki?

I confised about cost treshold. I think that Rostest needs to test 1
item.

Secondary - its looks unexpectedly easy. At this moment only money
matters. I will continie
