I might be misunderstanding stuff here, but there seem to be a lot of suggestions around OM* for SoC that are "port this from desktop linux to openmoko". As far as I know, there is no porting to do, if the Om has linux, to get something running isn't it just basically ./configure && make && make install on the device or cross-compiler?
