The freerunner CPU is ARM920T, can't support android system img, I think it can update to ARM926EJ-S ?
The Neo is not a desktop computer, so I really doubt that the CPU is socketed :-) So unless you're good at soldering SMT components, I think you can forget the CPU upgrade (even if you are, I have no way of telling whether the upgrade would work or not). So it's a good thing that:
AFAIK when Google Android code will be available it will be possible to port it to work with ARMv4 CPUs.
