Hey,

According to wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GPS ), every GPS satellite carries an atomic clock, providing every receiver on earth with really precise clock. The radio clock systems you describe are different and kinda useless when you have GPS onboard.

As an engineer I'm stunned by the level of performance achieved of the GPS system : the description of Einstein's relativity compensation on the WP article is really scary :)
