I know what you mean. $106 for a $400 phone is a hell of a lot but imagine paying $90 on a $125 PDA battery/cf jacket, like I had to a few years ago.
NEVER again am I shipping with UPS, if I can avoid it. I've found their brokerage fees are almost always applied and they're always ridiculous.
