I have heard this for about thousand times now. NO! Never got those values. TTFF with AGPS is about 38 secs without AGPS about 48 secs good condition. Tested with 6 OM in Germany. (about 50 Tests per device) I am just telling, bc i dont want anyone to expect too much.
