it explains why searching by sip didn't return anything, I found only http://projects.openmoko.org/projects/mokoiax/ May be I am wrong, but looks more like a iax library, as after install mokoiax is not even a command in the shell There are no files under the svn repo eigher as returns an empy folder so no way to understand what to do with it,
