I have a similar problem when I fire up wifi, and it's caused by having two default routes. Try "ip r" and see if it lists two default routes - one out usb0 and one out eth0. If it does, try "ip r d default via 192.168.0.200" to delete the route pointing out usb0, and see if that resolves it for you.
