Great, If there are people up to it, I hope someone will get it done sometime (soon?). I also got an email from someone named Christoph, he might do it tonight. I hope whoever is first will post to the newsgroup, so there is no dublication of effort. As of getting IGES files loading into BRL-CAD it would be great to get some directions on that, because I tried it myself, by following the manual, and did not succeed neither in BRL-CAD nor in VariCad. I am almost positive the files were not corrupted as there was not error.
