For France (+33), the usual format is +33 # ## ## ## ## (international format) or 0# ## ## ## ## (without the international prefix). Sometimes the ## components are grouped by pairs, giving two blocks of digits, but that's not quite common. Digits (or groups of digits) are usually separated by spaces, but sometimes by dots (as in 0#.##.##.##.##).
