I would like to kindly share my recent experience with opkg.org. Entering or updating an application page is really simple. Just fill a form with half a dozen fields. Anybody can do it, it does not need to be done by the author. I recon it is not as simple as writing an email to ask someone else to do it, but almost ;) ...
