/etc/init.d/xserver-nodm start the openmoko "please wait" screen comes up for a second, and it drops back into the adcady (or is it adcrdy?) loop. seems like some package that could be installed using opkg could fix it. this apparently also broke resolv.conf my unix is rusty, i'll need to read up on the startup scripts
