Please don't underestimate the amount of experience and skills it needs to do SMD-soldering! Anyway http://people.openmoko.org/joerg/GSM_EMI_noise/ is the place to go and have a look at files named bigC* Probably if you take a printout of big-C_rework_SOP_rc2.pdf to next cellphone repair shop, and bring your (preferably already disassembled and prepared [protect screen, remove mic-rubber]) FR, they can do the job in 30min.
