sure you do :-) DBUS calls have changed quite a lot between bluez3 and bluez4. I face the same problem for QtEi, but I don't feel like doing all that work on my own there (it's quite a big code change). So for now QtEi has no bluetooth in newer kernels (if they don't provide the bluez3 package anymore).
