Sorry I have not used Osm tracker, as my only mobile pc is my openmoko. I have just looked at the screen shots. Bu I have used osm2go (which has been ported to openmoko : http://comiles.eu/~natanael/projects/ , see the osm2go dir and the goocanvas dir ), and a "deconnected" edition is possible. When you reconnect, it just sends the changes made. So it is possible to do
