The error you see (method SetBTHeadsetPlaying emited error: org.bluez.Error.NotAvailable: Operation not Available) has nothing to do with FSO, it's bluetoothd misconfiguration. Uncomment "SCORouting=PCM" setting in [General] section of /etc/bluetooth/audio.conf, then reboot the phone (or stop both frameworkd and bluetoothd and then start them again), ensure Bluetooth resource is claimed etc. Digital Pioneer just confirmed it works for him.
