I think its the best to create a wiki page, in which I describe the steps to get OpenMoko running on HTC-Dream. (Ill past the link, as soon as Im finished writing) I had need to use the androids kernel to get it work. Perhaps we could take their drivers and so on and merge them into our openmoko kernel tree?
