Well, I can tell you that there is no Skype software for FR. Skype is closed source, and the protocol is closed as well, so no-one can compile it for ARM processors and no-one can make a 3rd party client.
Aside from that, you can use whatever VOIP software you want, but you'll probably have to build it for FR yourself.
