Thanks for finding it out. I tried to speedup phone start by delaying init.d services after GUI is started, but it seems to affect bluetooth. It will be fixed in next image. In meanwhile you can edit /etc/init.d/qpe and comment out or delete the last line with "sleep 60". It should work fine then.
