I already contacted the organisation quite a while ago to check if they were 
interested.
Looking at their reply, which I received just recently, I would assume they'll 
be happy to welcome the Freerunner stuff.

Sure we are open to all suggestions. If you know of someone closely involved 
with the development of this phone (hard or software) be sure to point them to 
the call for papers on our website http://fosdem.org/2010.

As the matter of fact the Android platform will get a significant spot for the 
2010 edition have a look at the site .
