http://wiki.openmoko.org/wiki/User:Pike/FFShell that may be radical, but I'm not sure if I find a qwerty layout to be the most comfi too. in the default keyboard in fatfingershell the keys are high rather than wide. I estimate my fingertips are about 160 wide (and 80 high).
