I answered my own question: Both eBay [1] and Digi-Key [2] have the needed cables. I ordered 2 from eBay, but will not receive them until I have returned to work in January. I did not order from Digi-Key because the part was out of stock and was estimated to not ship until January. I should have thought to try an electronic components distributor, such as Digi-Key, but I did not because I have not needed parts I cannot buy from a regular store before. Oh well, live and learn!
