Moin, I think Linux Hotel is a good idea, but I hope we'll fit into the room.
There're three things up in my mind i want to share: 1) is it possible to do a phone conference using XMPP? This would be a nice feature to connect others, who don't have the time/money to travel to germany. 2) Let's start a UI Workshop: Everyone who has an idea gives a lightening talk (~2-5 mins) to present his/her idea. Then we start discussing (or even arguing) what is good and what's bad and how to integrate it into the system to get a consistent UI/API for SHR. 3) What has to be done to make SHR/FSO devs life easier and comfortable? What frightens people from devoloping new apps/joining team. (I think one big point is, that it is not really transparent, what is going on/what has to be done) Dates: 02-05.04.2010 //imho to early 14-18.05.2010 // colliding with program @ LinuxHotel 21-24.05.2010 // nearly perfect, but maybe i want to celebrate my birthday, no collision 04-08.06.2010 // collision i try to call them today to ask for the dates. here's a picture of last year's attendees http://buildhost.shr-project.org/fsoshrudcon/TheGuys.jpg Regards, Frederik P.S.: No there won't be any LPI certificates available 2010/2/10 Serdar Dere <[email protected]> > I were looking for some dates which is possible. > I was searching for local holidays which are set for monday or friday. > I found this: > 15.02.2010 (Mon) Rosenmontag > 02.04.2010 (Fri) Karfreitag > 05.04.2010 (Mon) Ostermontag > 24.05.2010 (Mon) Pfingstmontag > > Also for Thirsdays because there are no Tuesday holidays > 13.05.2010 (Thi) Christi Himmelfahrt > 03.06.2010 (Thi) Fronleichnam > > Rosenmontag is too early (next monday :)) > > perfect days are 02-05.04.2010 but maybe too early. > > 02-05.04.2010 > 14-18.05.2010 > 21-24.05.2010 > 04-08.06.2010 > > These are my suggestions. > > Greetings Serdar > Am 09.02.10 02:24, schrieb Michael 'Mickey' Lauer: > > Dear guys, > > > > I just returned from FOSDEM (*) where we had a mini Openmoko devroom. > > Seeing all the interested people and experiencing the scent of imminent > > breakthroughs wrt. supporting foreign platforms got me really motivated > > to kick off this year's FSOSHRCON.
