My bad...... I follow instructions on french wiki, it tells to modify DeepSleep in Active=always (as shr in fact) I modified it in the right way (Active=yes) and I got Apr 28 09:10:37 neo Qtopia: AtChat : T : "AT%SLEEP=4" So it sounds good, let's wait for an experiment in the real life now :)
