I tried the commands as told by you. It worked as you said, returned route : SIOCADDRT: file exists. using iwconfig eth0 after this it returned eth0 AR6000 802.11g essid: "" mode : managed bit rate: 1 M b/s Tx - power = 0 dbm sensitivity = 0/3 retry on encryption key : 3132-3334-35 power management : off link quality : 0/94 signal level : -95 dbm noise level : -96 dbm Rx invalid nwid : 0 Rx invalid crypt : 0 Rx invalid frag : 0 Tx excessive retries : 0 invalid misc : 0 missed beacon : 0 However when i try to ping my computer from FR, it does not respond. I used the ethernet adapter ip address of my laptop to ping. Also please tell me that how should i find the default ip of free runner. i am using ifconfig command for this purpose. Regards.
