This is a cut-out from 'QtopiaSettings.ts' and the source looks very strange to me? My setup is always as UTF-8 so that should be o.k. and it is only in 'QtopiaSettings.ts' and 'QtopiaGames.ts' I see the 'mistake' the other .ts files looks right.
