I notice (by decoding this) that you've configured your ID as "[email protected]". But http://help.inbox.lv/help/question/100/37 says: Inbox users must set an authorization to outgoing mail server. - In the next window “Account name” You must write in your username, for example, if your e-mail address is [email protected] then Your “Account name” will be “support”. Could that be the problem? I.e. your ID should be just "dmatthews"?
