OK Running Smartermail 11.x Declude Latest version.
I have a user saying they can not send email to a specific domain. Typically it is pretty easy for me to track this down. This one is more of a challenge. The Smartermail Message Archive show that 3 messages were sent on 10/29 and 4 messages received from 2 users in the remote domain. Checking the headers of the archived messages they show Declude messages. The messages show in both Declude Virus and Junkmail logs. Junkmail message is whitelisted as expected. The Smartermail Delivery Log is only showing the incoming messages, but I can not find the outbound messages. I did a windows scan to check the messages in the spool folder for the domain name with no results. I checked for any filters in Smartermail, and found none in the domain, or the user. What am I missing. Not that it should make a difference, but the to: address domain is listed in both Upper and Lower case letters. Even though the address should be case insensitive I check the logs for both all lower case and as the user entered. Thanks in advance.
