Dear colleagues,
I am going to edit a book about "Text Mining and its Applications", with =
chapters dedicated to techniques and applications, written by the most =
known text mining experts (researchers and practitioners) in the world. =
This book is expected to be printed in UK and distributed worldwide in =
the next months.
I wish to insert in it also two chapters about =20
1.. the most interesting and advanced business applications already =
realized (especially in CRM and Knowledge Management, but also in other =
sectors) and about=20
2.. the commercial SWs, already developed and available in the market, =
with a short description of their characteristics.=20
I ask the readers and companies who would like to contribute to this =
book for these two chapters (1.applications and 2.SWs) to contact me as =
soon as possible with an outline of their proposed contributions, whose =
authorship will be formally recognized. Each contribution is expected to =
be between 1 and 4 pages.
