I'm pleased to announce the creation of a new topic for Estimation and Measurement under the Software Project Management scenario area.
This topic will focus on collaboration between software estimation, project management, reporting, and portfolio management tools. The initial work will focus on compiling a set of standard definitions, and corresponding URIs, for software metrics and related properties.
