Follow up on re-estimation use case

(Arthur, I don't know how to send e-mail to the whole group, so please
forward)

Last week, we had multiple questions left open for more discussion about
re-estimation and the information that an estimation tool would transfer
to a project management tool during that use case. I added some
placeholder documents (plus some comments for context) so that we can
continue the discussion. We agreed we were not talking about this in this
week's meeting, but as you have time, please add your thoughts in the
Wiki.

Following Arthur's lead from when we were looking at standard description
of metrics, I created a "parent" document and for convenience links for
QSM and Galorath, and of course an invite for anyone else to contribute
further. I'm still "wiki challenged" so maybe there are better ways to
organize this, but here's what to look for:

Start at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/MetricsReEstimateUseCase,
which is the document I we looked at last week that summarized what Larry
and Lee had each told me about this use case.

If you scroll down, you will see three places where it says "See ..... "
with links to the new documents to converse about three of the open
topics. For your convenience, those links are:

http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/MetricsReEstimateCatchUpPlan
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/MetricsReEstimateReviseProjectPlan
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/MetricsReEstimateReviseRiskCurve

On each of those are links for individual pages, so we don't overwrite
each other, then we can combine them eventually.
