I'm working with the catering service at the resort to make things as smooth as possible for everyone who wants to sign up to sponsor. >From a quick look at the resort website (http://wdwswan.westinemenus.com/) each platter will have, at least 100 pieces, and ranges from $4 to $8 a piece. For now, the table just shows some general categories of food ... maybe we should add a seafood platter?
