Lauro, this question is more appropriate for the Matterhorn list. Are you subscribed to that list? If so, any subsequent posts should go to [email protected]. Thanks.

In short, Matterhorn will support multi role access control for the Matterhorn's engage services in 1.2 (http://opencast.jira.com/browse/MH-5299) by limiting access to series(http://opencast.jira.com/browse/MH-7400). Authz for the remaining services will be avail in 1.3 (http://opencast.jira.com/browse/MH-7389), and will encompass multitenancy. This deliverable may not involve include a UI for role/user administration, but the roles and user mapping will largely be determined by an institutions integration with their user directory service.

Hello,

I just started a trial with Matterhorn. I've done a one linux machine
installation.
For now, I would like to know more about Matterhorn's approach for multiuser
administration.
I've seen in Matterhorn security 1.1 page
(http://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MH/Configure+Matterhorn+Security+V1.1)
some directions for authentication and authorization (that's based in Spring
security), but I don't find any direction for user creation and on resource
isolation per user.
Are those issues commented at some other place ?

Thanks in advance,
Lauro.
