Hi there, While our capture agent was submitting a video for ingestion, we had a network problem.
As such we would like to re-ingest the video. We have it on the capture agent as a zip file. Any ideas how we can force a re-submit ? Can we upload it manually ? Is there a paricular folder to FTP it up to ? Thanks JP
