Hi Guys Is there anyone working on writing up an upgrade path for 1.2 from 1.1 and possibly even 1.0? We run 1.1 and are interested in; Preserving the database info (including the dictionary data) Preserving the agent/worker/core configurations, workflows and encoding profiles Knowing any new/updated 3rd party dependancies beforehand (we run SLES so the 3rd party scripts don't simply run for us - we have to tweak them) Whenever a release comes out I've been manually re-setting 2 (above) on all our nodes so as not to lose any new configuration strings. it would be nice to have either a script or documentation to follow.
