How do you re-ingest it? Using the inbox? The inbox is configured to trigger one particular workflow with a particular set of options. That metadata file is ignored, afaik.
What you can do is using the online Docs. Go to your admin machine Welcome Page, and click on the Ingestion Service docs (in the bottom left corner of the screen). Scroll down to the bottom till you see the endpoint "addZippedMediaPackage" and click on "Test form". There you can specify the mediapackage file AND the workflow options. The other option, i.e. configuring the inbox (or a new inbox) which triggers a different workflow / a workflow with different options is broken afaik.
