Possible yes, but you're going to need some hefty hardware to do that. In effect you need to run two instances of Matterhorn on the same machine and have them point at different hardware. Also note that we pretty much peg the CPU with one agent instance when capturing, I can only imagine how bad it would be with two. The scheduling error arises because the agent assumes that it can only capture from one room at a time.
