Hi Chris, Most of the white papers that circulate, or at least it seems, are published by vendors. Therefore, they /sometimes/ serve the marketing message better than actual research data. FWIW, I have made it a practice to send folks to Opencast's Resource Exchange, which, I find, has some great research docs:
