Hi Steve, the engage player is currently built on top of flash. This means (as you are probably aware) that you can't watch encoded movies on the engage page. Work is being done on migrating to an HTML 5 version, but it's not there yet. You may want to a) help in this undertaking for b) take a look at the roadmap to figure out when that work item may be completed.
