Delete the $FELIX_HOME/felix-cache directory and all its subdirectories.
I guess that there are some updates in the M2-repo that have not been
cached correctly.

We recently did a fresh install of version 1.2 and it isn't going that

2. "ShellTUI: No standard input...exiting."
Perhaps someone who is more in the know is keen to take a browse
through our log. In the log it makes mention that it can't talk to the
ingestion server.. this is expected as we are currently also taking it
to 1.2.
