Hi there. I am a student in Rochester Institute of Technology. I am help my department to set up the Matterhorn system this fall.
However, we have several problems occurred in the process. Would you help us? 1. The video and audio were not synchronized. 2. When we did two back to back recording, if the second one was scheduled 5 minutes right after the first class, then it would be rejected. We cannot find any solutions to that. So would you guys help us solving the problem? Your help will be really appreciated. We noticed that there is a new version of Matterhorn on the website, version 1.2. Does the new version solve these problems? If so, where can I download the new version? Thank you very much! Ming Li
