I've researched this issue as much as I can but can finding nothing helpful
so I'm asking here.  Basically, the power supply on one of our capture agent
recording machines went out and it was cheaper to replace the whole case
than the supply.  That being so, I swapped all of the working hardware to
the new case, plugged it up, and tried to schedule a test recording on it. 
When I select the particular agent in the scheduling screen I get a yellow
box at the top telling me the agent is in a different time zone.  I've
checked the hardware clocks on all of our recorders and they are correct, as
are the time zone settings in Ubuntu.  Only this one of four agents is
having this issue.  Please help me if you can as I need this machine live by
Monday!
