Opencast Matterhorn has been accepted to the 2011 Google Summer of Code
(GSoC) program, and we're actively looking for a few good students!

The GSoC program aims to encourage students to work on open source
projects over the summer months while they are enrolled in school, and
provides $5000 to successful applicants. This is the first year
Matterhorn is involved in the program, and you can read more about GSoC
at the google site [1].

Students who are interested in applying should check out the Opencast
Matterhorn Ideas page [2], and either e-mail me directly and I'll put
you in contact with a potential mentor, or join our IRC channel on
irc.freenode.net #opencast for more information.

Regards,

Chris
